Pest-Nett was started in May 2015 by Owner & Director, Brad Burnett as a one-man operation. His vision was to provide better pest control treatments, outstanding service & excellent results to customers. After approximately 18 months in business, things changed with the addition of a second Technician. We have since rapidly progressed & expanded our business by becoming Termidor & Trelona accredited applicators, ABMA & Strata Mastery accredited and members of AEPMA. Along the way, Pest-Nett has been asked to test & trial new products for BASF & Sundew Solutions who are both well-recognised Suppliers to the pest industry. 2020 was a big year when we were named a finalist in Pest Manager of the Year. We provide Pest Control Services & Termite Management to a wide variety of Commercial Sites, Strata & Domestic clients. With further growth & expansion, we have added some additional Staff & Techs to our crew. Find out a bit more below:
Brad Burnett:
As the Owner & Director of Pest-Nett, Brad began his career back in 2002 when he worked for a small local business in Capalaba. From there he moved onto a National company to gain more experience & remained there until 2015 when Pest-Nett was formed. You can find Brad out on the tools, in the office quoting or anywhere else he needs to be. In his spare time, Brad likes surfing, dirt biking & hanging out with his 2 Great Danes.
Greg Troth:
Greg was the first additional staff member to join Pest-Nett back in 2017. Greg & Brad previously worked alongside each other at another pest control company & both have a very similar work ethic & approach to providing treatments. Greg has gained a vast amount of knowledge & experience in his 20 years in the industry & is a valuable member of our team. He maintains many of our Commercial sites & has implemented standards for our Commercial Service Reporting. When he isn’t working, Greg is enjoying time with his family & pet dog.
Josh Hickey:
Josh has been in the pest control industry for 10 years, starting in Sydney & now holds Pest Control Licences in both NSW & Qld. Josh joined our crew in 2020 & quickly became a respected member of our team. Never afraid of a hard days work & always willing to jump into anything. Josh performs general pest work, termite inspections & treatments, as well as bird management & proofing. On the weekends, you will likely find Josh at the beach with his expanding family.
Peta Burnett:
Last but not least, Peta is a qualified Bookkeeper with many years of Administration experience under her belt from industries including Veterinary Practices, Facilities Management & Pubs. Peta runs the office & when you call, that’s likely who you will speak to. She takes care of all our Administration including invoicing, quoting, reporting, scheduling & keeps the day to day of Pest- Nett running smoothly.
With more than 15 years experience in South East Queensland, we have conquered all manner of pest control including treating hotels, high rise buildings, restaurants, cafes, homes, warehouses, offices, factories, cars, trains & even planes!
